You have 14 days from the date you received your order to request a full refund. You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. We only accept refunds if your items arrive broken, unless your purchased our 1 year warranty. Once we receive your product(s), the full amount of the returned devices will be refunded to the original payment source used.
